Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale govern every purchase of a product or subscription made through the PreciseFunnels website (https://www.precisefunnels.com/). They apply in addition to our general Terms and Conditions. By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. THE SELLER AND MERCHANT OF RECORD
Lifetivation Rok Šprogar s.p., Kot 52, 8333 Semič, Slovenia, registration number 7403658000, tax number 61169340 (operating as PreciseFunnels; "we", "us", "our"), is the seller and merchant of record for all purchases made through the Website. This is the case whether the product is provided by us or by a third-party merchant: your contract of sale is concluded with us, and we are responsible to you for the transaction, billing and consumer-law obligations described here.
VAT status: we are not liable for VAT. VAT is not charged pursuant to the first paragraph of Article 94 of the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1); prices therefore do not include VAT.
2. PRODUCTS
The products offered through the Website are primarily digital products and online (software-as-a-service) subscriptions. The main characteristics of each product are described on the Website and/or on the product's own website at the point of sale. A product may have its own service terms or end-user licence governing how you may use it after purchase; those are separate from these Terms of Sale, which govern the purchase itself.
3. ORDERS AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
You place an order by completing the checkout process and submitting your payment details. Before submitting, you can review and correct your order. The contract of sale is concluded when we confirm your order and/or make the product available to you. We will send you a confirmation, including these Terms of Sale, to the email address you provide.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are stated on the Website at the time of your order in the currency shown and, as set out above, do not include VAT. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed at the time you place it. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers (for example Stripe or PayPal); by paying, you also accept the applicable provider's terms. We do not store full card details. The descriptor that appears on your bank or card statement for your purchase is shown at checkout before you pay.
5. DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Digital products and subscriptions are made available electronically — typically immediately or shortly after your payment is confirmed — by activating your account, plan or download. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to ensure your device and connection meet any stated technical requirements.
6. CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
This section applies if you purchase as a consumer — a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the contract is concluded (for services and digital content) or, for goods, from the day you acquire physical possession.
To exercise the right, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, an email to info@precisefunnels.com) before the period expires. You may, but need not, use a model withdrawal form. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send your communication before the period expires. If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Digital content exception: where the product is digital content or a digital service that we begin to supply immediately, you will be asked, before purchase, to give your prior express consent to immediate performance and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. If you do not give that consent, supply begins after the 14-day period.
7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal above, we may offer a voluntary refund or money-back policy for specific products; where offered, it is described on the Website or the product page and applies on top of, not instead of, your statutory rights. Refunds are made to the original means of payment.
For subscriptions, the applicable billing period and renewal terms are shown at checkout. You may cancel a subscription at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period; cancellation stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current period unless required by law or by a policy we offer.
8. CONFORMITY AND STATUTORY GUARANTEES
We are obliged to supply products that conform to the contract. As a consumer, you have statutory rights in the event of a lack of conformity under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and applicable EU law; these rights are not affected by these Terms of Sale or by any voluntary policy we offer.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with a purchase or the use of a product. Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights, or liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where you purchase as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence. We will always first try to resolve any dispute amicably; you can reach us at info@precisefunnels.com. In accordance with the Slovenian Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (ZIsRPS), we do not currently recognise any provider of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes as competent to resolve a consumer dispute arising under these Terms of Sale.
